I work closely with the sales leadership team to provide sales support processes and sales materials so they can share our key services with new and current clients.
I also manage our marketing presence and campaigns, working closely with the sales team so we get exposure in the right industry channels.

As our Warehouse Lead I manage and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy of incoming and outgoings orders, ensuring timely completion while serving as the first point of contact for any warehouse-related issues.
My responsibilities include picking and packing customer orders, receiving and booking deliveries, performing stock counts and item checks, and loading/unloading goods.
I also oversee the accurate and timely shipping of products while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe and organised work environment.

My team specialises in inspecting electronic components to ensure authenticity, quality, and compliance with industry standards. We display our commitment to quality assurance by holding ISO 9001:2015, AS9120B, ISO 27001, JOSCAR, ERAI, and BSI Membership certificates, in addition to maintaining a state-of-the-art testing facility. Our meticulous standards, evidenced by these certifications, underscore our commitment to top-class operational practices.

As Sales Team Manager at Vital Electronics, I lead and support the sales team in fostering strong relationships with our OEM and CEM partners. My role involves guiding the team in nurturing our account base while identifying new opportunities for growth, ensuring our approach aligns with Vital’s strategic objectives. Alongside mentoring the team, I actively manage my own portfolio of key accounts, focusing on long-term partnerships that drive sustainable business growth. By combining hands-on leadership with a clear strategic vision, I ensure our sales efforts contribute directly to the company’s overall success. With a strong emphasis on collaboration and performance, I strive to create a high-achieving sales environment where customer relationships and innovation take priority. My role is to provide comprehensive support to the wider business, ensuring smooth operations across various functions. This includes overseeing facilities management, assisting with financial processes, offering business support, and managing logistics to enhance efficiency.
In addition to these core responsibilities, I also contribute to the sales and commercial aspects of the business, providing assistance to help drive growth and operational success.

I manage the Business Support Unit which plays a crucial role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team by handling administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on selling.
My team’s key responsibilities include providing administrative support to both the sales and excess teams, coordinating sales and order processing, and managing data to ensure smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.

I am responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, acting as the main contact for suppliers and customers.
Further duties include maintaining up-to-date sales and purchase ledgers, and supporting Finlay our Finance Director with QuickBooks reconciliation, Dext, VAT, payroll, and management accounts.

I bring over a decade of experience in high-level roles, driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business alignment with both short and long-term goals. I have led multimillion-pound mergers and acquisitions, consolidated group and international companies, and implemented financial safeguards to ensure stability and growth. My focus on identifying efficiencies and establishing structure, combined with expertise in technology-driven solutions, ensures precise financial management and strategic foresight for Vital. With a proven track record of navigating complex transitions and delivering results, I am committed to strengthening Vital’s financial health and supporting its continued success.

With over a decade of experience I’ve joined Vital as Operations Director to oversee the business management system, drive process optimisation and efficiency, and develop operational, supply chain, and logistics strategies.

I’ve spent the last 22 years gaining knowledge and experience within the electronic component industry. I’m currently applying this knowledge in my role as Director for Vital Electronics, where I’m responsible for looking after Sales, quality and the day-to-day running of the business.

With an extensive background in the electronics industry, I am an expert in Sales and Sourcing. The experience I have gained has led me to my current role as Director at Vital Electronics, where I am responsible for working with our Sales/Management teams, Customer Relationships and Solutions. Outside of work, I enjoy playing football and travelling.
