We’re pleased to share that our renewed ERAI Certificate has arrived in the post this week – an important part of our overall quality strategy – in pursuit of providing high quality electronic components to our customers.

ERAI stands for Electronic Resellers Association International. It is a global trade organisation and a leading resource for industries affected by counterfeit and high-risk electronic components. Founded in 1995, ERAI provides information and risk mitigation services to electronic component distributors, manufacturers, and end users.

The primary role of ERAI is to collect, verify, and disseminate information about counterfeit, fraudulent, and substandard electronic parts. This includes maintaining a database of incidents, offering investigative support, and providing tools to help companies avoid risks associated with these components.

ERAI plays a significant role in promoting supply chain transparency and integrity, particularly in the electronics industry, where counterfeit and unreliable parts can lead to significant safety and performance issues.
