Securing AS9120B certification demands a dedication to precise processes, but the real test lies in sustaining it over a long period of time through rigorous reinspections. The last week of April 2024 was booked for our AS9120B Year 1 Surveillance Audit, ensuring we are maintaining our process alignment to meet the stringent requirements.
The Importance of Reinspection
Surveillance audits are periodic assessments that occur at regular intervals, such as annually or semi-annually, throughout the certification cycle. The purpose of surveillance audits is to verify that the organisation continues to uphold the AS9120B standard’s requirements. It’s crucial for maintaining the integrity of our processes and reaffirming our dedication to quality. Leading up to the reinspection, we conducted internal audits and provided refresher training to our team to ensure a smooth and successful audit process.
Successfully Passing Reinspection
Led by Nicola Croucher, Business Operations Manager, we successfully passed our year one surveillance audit. It’s a testament to the continuous hard work of our team and our ongoing commitment to industry quality processes.
